A payout is an off-ramp payment created without a person in the loop.
1

Resolve the destination

GET /v1/ramp/banks?country_code=NG lists accepted banks. POST /v1/ramp/banks/resolve with bank_code and account_number returns the account holder’s name so you catch typos before money moves.
2

Create the payment

POST /v1/ramp/payments with direction: off_ramp, the source stablecoin and amount, the destination asset and country, the rail, and the typed destination. Onstacks selects the provider. Send an idempotency_key so a retried job never pays twice.
3

Track to completion

Poll GET /v1/ramp/payments/{reference} or subscribe to ramp.payment.succeeded and ramp.payment.failed.
For mobile money markets use the mobile_money destination with the operator code and phone number; the rail is mobile_money.
