Onramp - Onstacks

Onramp uses the same endpoints as offramp with direction set to on_ramp. The source is a fiat asset, the destination is a stablecoin, and the destination object is a wallet.

The payment is created pending with funding_instructions containing the bank account the payer must transfer to and the amount. When the transfer is detected the payment moves to processing, and to succeeded when the stablecoins are delivered to the wallet.
