> Common questions about Onstacks ramps.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Does Onstacks hold my users' fiat?">
    No. Fiat is collected and paid out by licensed providers. Onstacks holds order state and, on the Ramp Checkout, the user's stablecoin ramp wallet.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Who performs KYC?">
    On the Ramp Checkout, identity verification runs on the page and is stored on the user's Ramp Checkout account. On the API, your workspace passes business verification and per-customer identity is handled through local identity resolution in beta (BVN in Nigeria today).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How long do quotes last?">
    About two minutes. Confirm within the window or request a new quote.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use the Ramp Checkout with my own branding?">
    Not yet. The Ramp Checkout is Onstacks branded. Use the White-Label API for your own interface.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I see Ramp Checkout transactions in my workspace?">
    Not today. Hosted ramp accounts are separate from workspaces. This is on the roadmap.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which networks are supported?">
    Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, and Base. Onstacks orchestrates the network internally, so you specify the asset and destination and the movement happens on whichever supported network the transaction needs. Sandbox uses the corresponding testnets.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if a payout fails?">
    The intent moves to `failed`, reserved funds are released to the source wallet, and the failure reason is on the intent.
