# Agentic Payments

> Policy-driven payments initiated by software agents.

## Scope

* Pay-per-use APIs and machine-to-machine payments using the x402 protocol.
* Agent wallets with spend limits, allowlists, and approval thresholds enforced by workspace policy.
* Receipts and audit trails for every agent-initiated payment.

## What exists today

Workspace transfer policy and approval mode already apply to any caller, including automated ones. Agent-specific primitives are in design.
